With its rich and select ingredients, SHAZAY Energizing Shampoo produces little foam while at the same time gently cleansing and reliably nourishing the hair even during the washing process
- Rub SHAZAY Energizing Shampoo between your hands and lather with water.
- Then gently massage onto the scalp.
- Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed.
Expert tip
Especially in winter, when heated indoor air dries out the scalp, we recommend leaving the shampoo on the scalp and hair for 2-3 minutes after massaging it in.
Ingredients

| Sodium Coco-Sulfate | Anionic, plant-based surfactant. It lowers interfacial tension and ensures even distribution during application. |
| Coco-Glucoside | Harmless surfactant that reduces interfacial tension, facilitates even distribution during application and has a foaming effect. |
| Sodium Chloride | Common salt, reduces viscosity and masks the underlying aroma of the ingredients. |
| Benzyl Alcohol | Benzyl alcohol has a disinfecting and preservative effect and is a useful solvent. |
| Citric Acid | Influences the pH value and functions as an antioxidant. |
| Glyceryl Oleate | Alters viscosity and reduces static electricity. Hair is easier to comb, silky, soft and shiny. Adds volume. |
| Parfum | Developed exclusively for SHAZAY, this perfume is contained in all products in this series. |
| Caffeine | Caffeine promotes circulation and keeps the scalp in good condition. |
| Panthenol | Panthenol, also known as Provitamin B5, is a water-soluble vitamin. It moisturizes, reduces electrostatic charges and adds volume to the hair. It also makes hair easier to comb, smoother, softer and shiny. Panthenol, which is also well suited for sensitive skin, helps restore the hair’s natural moisture balance and strengthen it. |
| Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein | Wheat germ extract makes the hair easy to comb, silky, soft and shiny. |
| Polyquaternium-39 | Synthetic conditioning agent that neutralizes the static electricity on the surface of the hair. |
| Benzoic Acid | Benzoic acid is present as an organic acid in cranberries, blueberries and many other fruits. It functions as a preservative. |
| Sorbic Acid | Sorbic acid is a preservative that ensures the shelf life of our products. |
| Linalool | Essential oil derived from lavender that masks body odor. |
| Sodium Benzoate | A synthetic preservative also used in many foods. |
| Limonene | Natural component of orange oil that aromatizes cosmetic products. |
| Tocopherol | Vitamin E is a plant-based antioxidant that increases shelf life and reduces unwanted odors. |
| Hydrogenated Palm Glycerides Citrate | Hardened fatty acid glycerides are used as recommended lipids in aqueous environments. In our Energizing Shampoo, this ingredient is just a “waste product” (<0.01%) of the ingredient combination of coco-glucoside and glyceryl oleate. This makes up less than 2% of the shampoo’s ingredients and has no function in the shampoo. |

Dermatologically tested: Excellent! Each of our products is independently dermatologically tested. We work on every SHAZAY product until our compositions yield optimum results. This also means that SHAZAY Enriching Care Shampoo is especially well suited for sensitive scalps.
No animal testing, no animal cruelty – cosmetics testing on animals has been banned in the EU since 2013. Unfortunately, this took much too long! No animals were ever subjected to testing or cruelty for SHAZAY. We research and produce our products exclusively in Germany. When it comes to selecting our suppliers we are very restrictive and make the same demands of them that we do of ourselves.
No silicones – silicone envelopes the hair in a thick protective mantle. This makes the hair smoother, and the silicone reflects the light, making the hair shine. The layer of silicone grows thicker and thicker with each use, preventing active ingredients from penetrating the hair and gradually making it heavy and lifeless over time.
No parabens – parabens are used as preservatives in cosmetic products. Thanks to our diamond filtered water, our products are free of bacteria, viruses and spores right from the start. Parabens are suspected of causing cancer and having a negative impact on the hormonal balance. Reason enough to avoid their use.
No microplastics – we try to avoid microplastics in all of our products in order not to place any additional stress on the environment. SHAZAY Enriching Care Shampoo contains no microplastics.
